Who:  College students that have spent their time and money going through college in order to receive a better education. Although they are receiving a better education in order to get a better future job, the jobs are not always guaranteed and many ask for additional years of experience for an entry level job. What : College is all about narrowing your focus down to major in a specific subject. Once you have all this knowledge on that specific subject and find a job that is hiring for that subject they then ask for more experience even if you have prior knowledge about it. My previous assignment had to do with college students that did not have the required experience for jobs once they graduate. The service that I would provide would be some sort of program for each college that would only employ college students that are about the graduate within that major. Specifics of the Service: 1. The service could start Junior semester so that student may potentially have 2 years of experience upon graduating. This service will not be required but will be provided to each student within the major so that each student has the opportunity to gain the experience that most jobs ask for when graduating. The University prepared a statement since it was their dorm that this happened at and was their decision to make this man an RA, UF stated that they place the "highest priority on the safety of its students". This student is no longer allowed on campus. The problem in this story is that there is a system that RA's have to go through in order to become RA of dorms. This system obviously did not see that this man could be a potential issue when being an RA of this dorm and even abuse his power and take advantage of someone within the dorm. An opportunity that exist is the need of space for more parking within the University of Florida. An opportunity that could arise is a valet system that you could drive specifically to your class and then a valet person drives your car to a parking lot. After the class you could either wait for the valet to bring your car back to you or simply take a bus to the parking lot or walk. The opportunity for more parking will always be an issue and UF is adding more and more parking but the parking location is not changing and will still be far away for most students which is why this valet system could work. This need came from people being forced to park extremely far away from their classes and then having to walk and most likely being late because of the time spent to find a parking spot. I would consider my Dad to be an entrepreneur. Growing up with my dad he was working a lot and did not socialize during the week very much because he worked a lot of hours. When I was younger I never really realized what he was doing or who he was working for. Now that I am older I now see what my dad does and how many people he knows in order to be successful.
