1. You I am a senior at the University of Florida interested in a bachelors degree in Sports Management. I am 21 years old and I am part of the Varsity Swimming and Diving team at UF. I think of myself as a hard worker and very self motivated especially when it is something that I am passionate about. I cannot start something without finishing it and giving it my all to say to myself that I tried even if I failed at least a I learned something. I have experience in odd jobs such as waiter, busboy, and boat lift maintenance which have help with my people skills but not very related with my major. My goal with my major is to work in a management position so that I can be a leader and motivate others the same way I motivate myself. 2. What are you offering to customers? I am offering a service that will allow University of Florida students (customers) to be able to drive their vehicle to their designated building and be able to give their keys to a valet attendant which will the...

Racheal 1. A very good friend from high school that is also attending UF. They are currently taken business administrative classes in hopes of graduating with that degree. 2. Racheal is filling the domain expert slot. She will do so because she has already had business opportunities such as clothe designs. She created the business and the online resource in order to get the business running smoothly in the past and I believe she would be able to help with my business. 3. I met her in high school and we took similar classes and became good friends and stayed in touch as we went off to college at the same school. 4. We have a mutual respect for each other and have done group projects together before and we know how well we work together. I have helped her connect with my dad to help her with programing her website for her business which could potentially give me leverage in asking her help with this project. 5. She will exploit opportunity because she has had to build her own b...

https://youtu.be/7uUW6cfu__M The feedback that I received from my previous elevator pitch was that I was moving too much and using my hands too much. I simply stopped doing that in this second attempt and only used my hands once or twice in the pitch. Some feedback that I got in the previous attempt was that I talked to fast and so this one I made sure that I had less to say and simply talked slower. All of the feedback was insightful and hopefully with this attempt I can learn how to perform an elevator pitch in the real world.

This is Stephen. He is a 20 year old college student at the University of Florida who lives off campus. He likes playing video games in his free time but tries to participate in as much after school activities such as racquet ball and volleyball. He has a white Volkswagen Passat 2017 model with that he cannot drive to school because of the lack of parking. Now that he is done with Freshman year he feels like time is flying by and he is feeling older and older by the second and doesn't know how to stop it. He is already stressing about internships and getting experience for his job after college. Besides the physical features about this customer I do have the same hobbies such as video games and sports. I also share a common stressor of internships and jobs as well as the annoying hassle of parking on campus. I believe that I have the same issue with this customer because no matter how old or who you are if you have a car and have classes on campus you understand the problem with...

1.  Five human capital that make me different is: - Athlete : I have been an athlete all my life so I know how to compete at the Collegiate level which translates to I can be motivated and self motivate myself to achieve my goals. - Adaptable : I have been in many places in my life and have had to deal with many different people and jobs such as coffee shops, busboy, waiter, assistant coach which are very different jobs which makes me adaptable to situations and people. - Likable : As some may say I am a "kiss ass" which just means that I portray characteristics that I know others will like which makes it so that they want to be my friend and be around me. -  Determination : I feel that whatever I set my mind to whether it is getting someone to like me or become good at an activity, I train and work hard to achieve this goal so that I can then show that I have achieve my goal. - Excited : I believe that I am excited about anything that is new or that I have yet to achiev...

Customer 1: The price of my product mattered very much to them because they are already paying for a parking decal so if they were to have to pay an additional charge for this service they would not participate in it. If the product morphed with the decal system already set then this customer would use the product. This product would be something that would be bought like the decal system online or at the transit office on campus which the customer thought was a good thing so that customers do not have to change where they are going to buy this product. Customer 2: The price also was important for this customer because parking is already expensive on campus and if this added to it they would not want anything to do with it. The quality of the service was also an issue for this customer whether it would actually work with the amount of students that go to this school and would it work efficiently was a question that came up. I introduced the customer how an app could also help w...

1.  Tenaciousness is a competency.  What are the behaviors that you have used (or developed) to keep up with the requirements of this course?  A behavior that you should develop is time management. These assignments are not supposed to just be weekly annoying assignments they are supposed to make you think about how to be an entrepreneur. I would advise you to take this assignments seriously and think hard about them rather than blow them off until last minute and simple have to get them done for credit. 2)  Tenaciousness is also about attitude.  Talk about a moment or two when you felt like "giving up." What pulled you through? Do you feel like you've developed a tenacious attitude during the past two months? What experience or experiences most contributed to this? I felt like giving up when I saw the assignment list and how many things we have to do a week. What pulled me through was the lectures with the professor and how he explains that these assignme...

Steve Jobs by Walter Isaacson What surprised you the most? It surprised me how much Steve Jobs meditated. I have always heard of the benefits of meditating but could never truly get myself to do it. Also while he was meditating I was surprised that he used drugs in order to meditate because I thought that if you were going to meditate and be one with yourself that drugs would not help. What about the entrepreneur did you most admire? What I admire most was how hard of a worker Steve Jobs was. No matter what got in his way whether that be Michael Scoot or the Board of Directors he was always able to perceiver through and continue to strive towards his goal to create his dream. What about the entrepreneur did you least admire? The way that he went about talking to people that disagreed with his goal was something that I did not admire. For me when someone gives me feedback about how something is wrong that I do I usually take it on the chin and know that it will help me later...

The segment that I chose was University of Florida students that drive their cars to their classes or other obligations that require students to park on campus. The three people that I interviewed were students of the University of Florida. All of them drive to campus fo rather classes. They all complain about the lack of parking on campus. I told them about my service and they said that they thought it was a good idea but were curious to if it would actually work. All three of my interviewers ask if it was possible to be able to have valet for every building because of the amount of people that are on campus. One of them specifically said "the idea sounds good on paper but the amount of money and employees that it would take seems impossible" which I responded with it will be a hard service to get up and running but if done properly it will allow for a more easier transportation method to and from classes. All three of my interviewers have the same problem of finding par...

I am 21 years old and I am a part of the Swimming and Diving Varsity team at the University of Florida. I think of myself to be a very hard working, self motivated person who can get the job done right even if it takes me a couple of tries, I learn from those mistakes. I have experience in small odd jobs like waiter, busboy, and boat lift maintenance but no serious experience within my major. I put in a hundred percent effort in everything that I do because if I am doing something it means I care and should show that I care. My goal with my major is to work in a management position so that I can be a leader and motivate others the same way I motivate myself. 2. What are you offering to customers?
