My previous assignment had to do with college students that did not have the required experience for jobs once they graduate. The service that I would provide would be some sort of program for each college that would only employ college students that are about the graduate within that major.

Specifics of the Service:

1. The service could start Junior semester so that student may potentially have 2 years of experience upon graduating. This service will not be required but will be provided to each student within the major so that each student has the opportunity to gain the experience that most jobs ask for when graduating.

This opportunity could be a paid job or something within the school which could then go towards credits. This service is almost provided in the Human Health college where the final semester needs to be an internship, but this is not provided by the school. This job or internship that will be a part of the school will allow college graduates to have the experience that most jobs are asking for right out of college. The opportunity of these college students not having experience can be resolved with this solution of a job program or internship program within the school.

When I graduate school I know that I will have the knowledge to go into the real world and be a productive worker, but if the job requires previous experience then I will not be applicable. This service will eliminate that problem with the job experience being a part of college and your major.

    I believe this is a huge problem for every college student trying to land on their feet after they walk off the stage with their degree, the whole "experience for a job but a job for experience" really hits hard after college. This solutions really would fix the never ending cycle of lost graduates trying to land jobs in their respective fields. It's almost so simple that it makes you wonder why no one has thought of something like it before. Can't wait to hear more!
